ExploreFrench may collect: information you provide during registration (name, email, login details); information provided for subscriptions or purchases; lesson scheduling details; communication preferences.
Payment details are processed securely by PayPal. ExploreFrench does not access or store your card details.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Data is processed for: delivering the services you purchase (contract execution); account management and customer support (legitimate interest); newsletters and marketing (consent); invoicing and legal obligations (legal requirement).

Retention Period

User account and data may be erased after 3 years of inactivity.
Invoices are kept for 10 years for accounting purposes.

Sharing Data

Data may be shared with trusted service providers (hosting, email provider, PayPal, Stripe) for the sole purpose of delivering services.
