Booking a lesson is a commitment, and rescheduling requests should remain exceptional.

Lesson Scheduling

Once scheduled and paid, the time and date of the lesson are final.
Free reschedule is possible up to 72 hours before the lesson.
Within 72 hours, the lesson is cancelled and no refund is granted.
In case of illness, the lesson may be rescheduled upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

Delays

If you are late, the lesson will end at the original time.
If the teacher is late, the lesson will be extended beyond the original time, unless you prefer to finish earlier.

Payment

Payments are handled in EURO via Stripe. ExploreFrench is not responsible for exchange rates or bank fees applied by your provider.
ExploreFrench does not access, collect, or store any card or transaction details.
